By using the Matrix website or visiting our venue, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
- Prices are displayed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session are fully refunded.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before may receive a 50% refund or rescheduling credit.
- No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Venue Rules
- All guests must follow safety instructions provided by staff at all times.
- Matrix reserves the right to refuse entry to intoxicated or disruptive guests.
- Age and height restrictions apply to specific zones as displayed at the venue.
- Food and drinks from outside the venue are not permitted.
Liability
Matrix takes all reasonable steps to ensure guest safety. By participating in activities, guests acknowledge the inherent risks and agree that Matrix shall not be liable for minor injuries resulting from normal activity use.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Matrix and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
