Safety Rules
The safety of every guest is our top priority. Please read and follow all safety rules before participating in any zone. Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity without refund.
General Rules
- Follow all instructions from Matrix team members at all times.
- Appropriate closed-toe footwear must be worn in all activity zones.
- Guests with pre-existing medical conditions (heart conditions, epilepsy, back/neck injuries, vertigo) should consult their doctor before participating in high-intensity activities.
- Pregnant guests are advised to avoid VR, laser tag, and certain high-speed zones.
- No running in corridors or non-activity areas.
- No food or drinks inside activity zones.
Age & Height Requirements
Each zone has specific age and/or height requirements posted at the entrance. Please check before queuing. Minimum ages:
- VR Arena: 7 years and above
- Laser Tag: 6 years and above
- Bowling Lanes: 4 years and above
- Escape Rooms: 10 years and above
- Arcade Zone: All ages (young children must be accompanied by an adult)
- Kids Soft Play: Ages 1–10 only
VR Arena Specific Rules
- Do not remove the headset while in the virtual environment.
- Report any dizziness or discomfort to staff immediately.
- Guests with a history of photosensitive epilepsy should avoid the VR Arena.
Emergency Procedures
In case of emergency, follow instructions from Matrix staff and proceed calmly to the nearest exit. Emergency exits are clearly marked throughout the venue. Assembly point is located at the main car park entrance.
Lost & Found
Matrix is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please secure personal belongings in our lockers (available near the main entrance).
