Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. For weekends and peak periods we strongly recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment.

Yes. Cancellations made 48 hours before your booking are fully refunded. Rescheduling can be done up to 24 hours in advance.

Each zone has its own age guideline displayed on the zone page. The VR Arena requires a minimum age of 7. Kids Soft Play is for ages 1–10.

Yes! You can buy token packs at the venue or online. We offer a 20-token pack for 2 BHD and a 50-token pack for 4.5 BHD (save 500 fils).

Our VR Arena supports up to 8 simultaneous players. For groups larger than 8, we can schedule back-to-back sessions.

Absolutely! Our Birthday Party Package includes a private zone session, decorations, birthday cake, and a dedicated party host. Check our Packages page for details.
