1. Eligibility & Validity

• The Matrix Loyalty Card is available as either an Individual or Group membership.
• Card is valid from the date of purchase for 1 Years.
• Card is strictly non-transferable. Only the named individual or registered group may use the card.
• For group cards, group membership must be registered at the time of card issuance.

2. Membership Benefits

2.1. Games at Matrix

• Each card grants 12 free game sessions per membership year.
  • Group card: Free sessions are per group, not per member.
• After the 12th free session, members get 30% discount on additional games until the card expiry.
• Free and discounted games cannot be carried over to the next year.

2.2. Food & Beverages at Matrix

• Members receive 10% discount on all food and beverage purchases at Matrix.
  • Group card: Discount applies to group orders.

2.3. Party Hall Reservation

• Members can reserve the party hall free of charge (subject to availability).
• Advance booking is required. Matrix reserves the right to refuse booking during peak periods.

2.4. Partner Outlet Benefits

• Spice Village & With U 24 (Bahrain):
  • 20% discount on all food purchases.
• Park Regis (Bahrain) & The Olive Hotel (Bahrain):
  • 25% discount on room bookings.
  • Room booking discount is NOT applicable on public holidays.
  • Discounts are subject to hotel availability and their standard booking terms.
• Members must present their Matrix Loyalty Card at time of payment to receive discounts.

3. Usage & Conduct

• The cardholder (or group leader) must present the physical card upon each visit or transaction.
• Matrix staff may request valid photo ID for verification.
• The card/NFC may only be used by the registered member or group.
• Misuse, lending, or transfer of the card will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

4. Tracking & Promotion

• Card usage may be tracked for the purpose of benefit redemption and fraud prevention.
• By using the card, members consent to basic data collection for membership administration.
• Staff are incentivized to promote memberships and ensure proper benefit application.

5. General Conditions

• Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately. Replacement may incur a fee.
• Matrix reserves the right to amend benefits or terms at any time with notice via the website.
• Membership fees are non-refundable.

Individual cards are strictly for personal use, while group cards must be presented by the registered group leader. All cards are non-transferable and misuse may result in cancellation.
